Through my offerings — including Sound Journeys, Holotropic Breathwork, Relaxing Massage, Foot Reflexology and more— I provide experiences that nurture body, mind and spirit. Each session is designed to support your healing, awaken awareness and personal growth, while respecting the natural cycles around us.

Sound Baths are aligned with the New Moon, a powerful time to go inward, release what no longer serves you, and plant seeds for the new lunar cycle.
Holotropic Breathwork sessions are offered in alignment with the Full Moon, when the energy supports deep emotional liberation, clarity and heightened awareness.
My work is available in group or individual sessions, as well as in retreats and special events. At each encounter, I adapt the experience so that it resonates with you in an authentic and profound way.
Sessions can be held in English, Spanish and Dutch, so you can feel comfortable and fully present in your journey.
